Collection consists of two plaques awarded to Laurence L.Shaw. One is framed, with glass, from the Oregon Historical Society, 1-11-76, in grateful recognition of long-time support and 25-year membership. The other plaque is made of wood, with a circular portrait in profile of two men on a white background: the Herbert A. Templeton Award, presented by the Board of Trustees of Lewis and Clark College to Laurence L. Shaw in recognition of his dedication to private higher education, February 2, 1967
