Collection consists of a framed Seal with the description and explanation, signed with the compliments of the Oregon Governor A.W. Norblad. On reverse is a handwritten note from Laurence Shaw: "This Seal of Oregon here was sent to L. Shaw by Governor Norblad in year 1930. He was a friend of my father J. R. Shaw."
