John J. Reynolds worked for the National Park Service for 40 years from landscape architect and park planner to park manager and program director. Collection contains a copy of his paper “Crater Lake in 100 Years”, presented at the Crater Lake Symposium.

Rodney Cranson served as a National Park Interpretive Ranger at Crater Lake National Park in Oregon for seven summer seasons. Collection contains books and manuscripts related to Crater Lake.

Crater Lake National Park was founded May 22, 1902, to preserve Crater Lake, the deepest lake in the Unites States (and the ninth deepest in the world). Collection contains a paper written in November 2000 by Crater Lake Historian Stephen R. Mark with assistance from Kelli Bacher.
