Collection consists of typed and handwritten Gober Family memoirs, written by family members: Wallace Gene Gober (son of C.J. Gober), John D. Gober (son of C.J. Gober), Lana C. Gober, Clarence John Gober, and Mike Beymer (son of Pat Short Beymer, Mrs. Fred Beymer). Each folder contains memoirs written by a family member. The family lived in several places in Oregon, with the first ancestors arriving in the state in the 1800s.
