Abstract Patricia Jane Scruggs Trolinger,1930-2010, was a Tribal historian for the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma 1978-2003 and wrote the “History of the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma”. Collection consists of two documents: a chapter, titled "A Glimpse of the Modoc Tragedy", written and copyrighted on March 13, 2002, by Francis S. Landrum.
