Marie Owens was born in 1926. She graduated from high school in California and eventually moved to Oregon. In 1978 she and her husband Bruce developed the Nob Hill Subdivision. Collection contains 2 copies of the 2007 book "Replat: The History of the Vacating and Replatting of the 1905 Subdivisions: Nob Hill, Eldorado Heights, Parts of Irvington Heights and Mountain View, 1966 to 1980".
