Abstract Donald Henry Nabakowski moved to Klamath Falls in 1925. He worked at Klamath Ice and Cold Storage, eventually becoming Chief Engineer and later Plant Superintendent before retiring in 1978. Klamath Ice and Cold Storage was founded by Andrew McCornack Collier in 1918. Collection consist of a collection of papers donated by D. H. Nabakowski’s daughter Donna W. Masterson. Claude H. Daggett was a well-known businessman and treasurer in Klamath Falls, Oregon. His most notable accomplishment was the Klamath Falls Warehouse & Forwarding Company, which was important in the development of business in Klamath Falls and marked the construction of the first ice and cold storage plant in the area. Collection contains financial documents and correspondence of the Company.
