The National Water Resources Association (NWRA) is the most active and longest-running national association related to the development and policy of water resources. The NRA’s mission was to ensure that reclamation projects in the West were authorized and constructed. Collection contains folders with papers related to the activities of the NWRA.

The Oregon Water Resources Congress (OWRC) has promoted the protection and use of water rights, as well as the supervision of water resources, since 1912. Collection contains OWRC minutes, proceedings, correspondence.

The Water Policy Review Board was created in 1975 to supervise the Water Resources Department. Collection contains pamphlets, hearing records, minutes of the Board meetings, related to the activities of the Board.
James Ottoman Collection
James Robert Ottoman, born in 1926, was a retired farmer who worked in Klamath County, Oregon, as well as both Modoc and Tulelake counties in California for 65 years. Collection contains miscellaneous materials from the Medford, Oregon, office of the BLM: documentation, correspondence, and brochures, donated by James Ottoman.

Ida Momyer Odell (1881-1972) was very active in the business and social life of the Klamath County during the first half of the twentieth century. Collection consists of two black and white aerial photographs from Ida M. Odell Collection: Klamath Falls view from Lake Ewauna (1910) and a view of an unidentified part of town.

Pelican Butte and Running Y Resort Documents
Pelican Butte is a dormant shield volcano in the Cascade Range in Southern Oregon. The Running Y is a resort overlooking Upper Klamath Lake and features a golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and an ice skating arena. Collection contains a folder of copies of documents, newspaper clippings, etc. related to projects in Pelican Butte and Running Y Resort.
Petition to E.J. Diehl, Superintendent, Klamath Agency, Oregon
The Klamath Indian Reservation became the home of the Klamath Tribes, a merger of the Klamath, Modoc, and Yahooskin tribes created by the Treaty of 1864. Collection contains petition written by the enrolled members of the Klamath Indian Reservation. It refers to the proposed changes in the Constitution for the Klamath Tribes.
